+ experience in assembly, preferably in a leadership role.

YOUR TASKS:
You are the one who not only manages the assembly process, but also enjoys getting involved in a hands-on manner. You will be responsible for:
+ Organizing and managing the assembly team, including grinding and sandblasting
+ Ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and occupational safety
+ Performing functional tests in compliance with and documentation of QM requirements
+ Production planning in close cooperation with other production departments, because teamwork is very important to us!
+ Hands-on involvement in the assembly of ratchets, coupling systems, etc.
